RADIO PLUGGING AND DISTRIBUTION

Matchbox Recordings specialises in distributing and promoting new release singles and albums to national and regional Radio shows and stations in the U.K. We have been representing Independent artists and record labels since 1997 and have achieved airplay on just about every Radio station in this country. ( see station airplay list below). 

HOW DOES IT WORK ? 

After many years of promoting music to Radio we have built up relationships with various Radio producers and DJ's. We will sample your new release single/lead track to national and regional Radio through our Radio distribution network. 

This is followed up with telephone calls, emails and in some cases face to face meetings. The goal is to achieve the highest amount of airplay/feedback on your release as possible and relay this info back to you. We also aim to achieve Radio interviews and live sessions.  

DO YOU  PLUG ALL SUBMITTED RELEASES ? 

It's no use sending rubbish to Radio so the frank answer to that is NO. We must be 100% behind our artists and have to be naturally enthusiastic when talking to our contacts so all promotions are subject to our review.

HOW DO WE GET GOING AND COST ?
