We are pleased to announce that 80's Superstar and legend Leee John of Imagination is to release his Billboard smash hit " Sensuality" in the U.K via Matchbox Recordings on 30 August 2010. This highly anticipated release will be distributed via Universal music operations and features 8 classic mixes of " Sensuality", and a new R&B mix of the Imagination classic smash hit "Just and Illusion".
The physical CD comes with a bonus DVD that features 2 dance mixes of "Sensuality", Leee John live in Paris and a live acoustic version of "Just an Illusion". Leee John ( Imagination )will be playing live at the 80's Rewind festival in Henley on Thames on the 21 August 2010. He will also be playing at the Faversham 80's festival on the 25 September 2010.
History
Having spanned close to 3 decades in the entertainment industry as an artist, LEEE JOHN has been an all round artist, singer, writer, record producer, actor and recently a film producer. Leee came to the world's attention with his group Imagination which he founded in the early 80s. Imagination was signed by Morgan Khan after hearing the track Got to be good. Produced by Trevor Horn (producer of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Seal, Grace Jones to name but a few) , the master tape was sent to the states to get reproduced but unfortunately got lost and the outcome looked bleak.
Leee was introduced to producer Tony Swain and given a piece of music to write some lyrics and a melody. He went home and came up with what became Imagination's first gold record, the hit single Body Talk . With hits such as In and out of love, Flashback, Music and Lights, In the heat of the night and Just an Illusion, millions of singles were sold internationally. Imagination also went platinum worldwide with sales in excess of 30 million albums. As a result Imagination were playing to sold out concerts across the globe.
Imagination's songs have also more recently been sampled by a number of major artists including Mariah Carey and The Pharcyde.
Leee and IMAGINATION made their mark not only as musicians but as true masters of stage and performance. They were known for their outrageous costumes and stage shows and as such were invited to perform for the Princes Trust, HRH Princess Diana and Prince Charles, Princess Caroline of Monaco , the Mandela family in South Africa for the charity Operation Hunger and even for the Russian president at the Kremlin.
The 30th anniversary of Leee John and Imagination will kick off with a worldwide tour which will include TV, Radio and press coverage, There will be shows in France, Belgium and the UK, plus a gala charity show in November in Italy. Leee John is at present preparing a special edition of IMAGINATION’S Greatest Hits, he is in the studio with Bill Sharp of SHAKATAK, and they will be putting together the double CD due to be released later in 2010.
Leee is the founder of theFlashback Project which celebrates the accomplishment of black music, art, fashion politics and culture from the 1970’s to the present day.
“Just an Illusion ” – Is an iconic song of the 1980s and has often been mashed up, such as the hit “Spotlight” by Jennifer Hudson.
Roar for England by Deepak and J.Kumar feat Heera has been put on the B list at BBC Asian Network and an interview will be featured on the breakfast show and on regular news bulletins.It’s filled with everything you need to get into the spirit and is a patriotic anthem of joy.
Deepak is well known especially for his work in the 80’s on hit albums by Blancmange, Nick Kershaw, The Belle Stars and more. He also produced the popular Asian re-Mix albums, “The Bhangra Fever” series.
Being a huge England football fan he has now teamed up with the football camp" The Elite Academy". They have recorded and released a world cup football song called "Roar for England" which also features J. Kumar who recently sung one of the biggest hits in Bollywood "Teri meri ek jind" from the film Bulandi.
“The Elite Academy” conducts soccer clinics all over the U.K, Singapore, Malaysia and India. “The Liverpool way” soccer clinic has been a success thanks to David Johnson ex Liverpool player who gave The Elite Academy the Liverpool way name. They have also worked with Ronnie Whelan, Bruce Grobblaar, Michael Thomas, Phil Neil and countless more ex professional players .
The Elite Academy have also had the support of LFC CEO Rick Perry and Roy Evans. Famous Indian singer “ Heera “ supplies vocals on the single. The Heera group’s album “Diamond” produced by Deepak Khazanchi broke all barriers in Indian Music and was the first ever Punjabi Pop album to become a smash hit worldwide.
The single was produced by Peter Ware who worked with Aitkin and Stock producing artists like “Divine”, “Dead or Alive” and “Hazel Dean”.

THE MYST TO LIVE IN A HUGE EGG AT BRIGHTON FESTIVAL
As part of The Brighton Festival 2010 The Myst band will be living for one week inside a 14ft egg on Brighton Seafront. On 8th of May at 2pm, three siblings Natasha, John and Peter Wilson have taken on the challenge, and they will enter the egg to remain within its sea sprayed walls, without leaving until the break out day.
They will eat, sleep, laugh, cry, play, write music, ponder, run on the spot, meditate for 7 days and nights before breaking out to a live outdoor gig on 15th of May at 2pm.
You will be able to see one of the band members at a time, via a special air bubble window in the egg, throughout the week. You can also write a wish and put it on the wishing nest that houses their egg home or read other peoples wishes. If you could make one wish, what would you wish for?
The Myst will break out gig on the 15Th, they will be singing songs from their debut album ' White buffalo' available to download on Itunes, Amazon, HMV and many more. The name of their album 'White Buffalo' represents new beginnings, transformation, hopes and wishes for positive changes- so the egg is the perfect symbol to help launch their album.
The egg will be close to The West pier on the seafront. Live music by the sea, we are praying for sunshine, so that everyone can be dancing under sunny rays!
DJ music from Peter Wilson aka Knewmi Cahony will be the perfect end to this eccentric but fun event. So come down and enjoy the frolics.

BRITAIN’S BRAVEST WOMAN RELEASES CAMPAIGN COMPILATION ALBUM “ JUSTICE FOR JAYDEN”AND MARCHES TO DOWNING STREET.

Sarah Capewell gave birth to a little baby boy called Jayden on 3 October 2008. Sadly she had gone into labour prematurely and her son Jayden was born just halfway through her pregnancy. When she went into labour Sarah was told her son would be born dead, disabled and his skin would most likely be peeling off. To the contrary Jayden was born perfect. Jayden was born alive, he was responsive and lived without help for nearly 2 hours. Sarah said " The doctors refused to come and see him let alone consider helping him. This is down to medical guildlines stating that babies born before 22 weeks are not viable and are not to be helped. Now I'm asking for your help in changing legislation so other families don't have to suffer unnecessarily.
This official campaign compilation album for "Justice for Jayden" will be released worldwide via Matchbox Recordings on 14 June 2010. The purpose of the album is to raise funds to provide support for changing U.K Legislation relating to premature babies born alive.
The album was organised and compiled by Sarah Capewell herself. The campaign has already been featured by The Telegraph, The Mirror, Daily Mail, This Morning ( ITV ), Best Magazine, Now magazine, BBC Look East, Bella Magazine, Classic Rock magazine, Take a Break magazine, Women's Own and many more. Sarah Capewell was awarded Britain’s Bravest Woman by Best Magazine and presented the award by Lorraine Kelly.

Matchbox Recordings will be releasing an incredible charity single featuring a group of young entertainers from Merseyside, Liverpool on 2 November 2009. The single by "Bulief" is a cover of Michael Jackson's hit " Heal the world" and is in aid of the Red Balloon Learner centre in Liverpool in the name of James Bulger House.Michael Jackson who has sadly passed away sent flowers to James Bulger's mother Denise Fergus after his murder with a very personal letter and basket of flowers. Two of the songs from upcoming divine new musical comedy “SISTER ACT” are to be showcased for the very first time, available for exclusive download free of charge, at www.sisteractthemusical.com.
The tracks, from the new musical co-produced by Whoopi Goldberg and Stage Entertainment UK, are written by acclaimed international composer and eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken. Alan is also composer of many of the world famous songs from Disney’s movies, including The Little Mermaid, Beauty & The Beast, Aladdinand Enchanted, with lyrics from his long- time collaborator Glenn Slater. The book is by the award-winning team Cheri and Bill Steinkellner, whose writing credits include the classic television comedy Cheers, and the production is directed by Peter Schneider.
Raise Your Voice and Take Me To Heaven, two of the show’s stand out numbers, are available exclusively on the official Sister Act website. Both tracks feature vocals from leading lady Patina Miller, who makes her West End debut as Deloris Van Cartier, the part originated in the 1991 movie Sister Act by Goldberg. Whoopi Goldberg says:
