Moon Medicine are a Swindon based rock band formed by songwriter Colin Radbourne who also supplies vocals and guitar. He is joined by the hot drummer lee Moulding and powerful bassist Jon Buckett . Moon Medicine write songs with a conscience that hold potent and dreamy melodies and profound meaningful lyrics. They are not just your average rock band they mix folk, rock and classical influences to create a 60's esque sound with a big dollop of punk attitude. Their debut album " Stones" is packed with timeless songs that stick out in a world of their own. They don't follow fashion that would be a joke. They just supply powerful songs that make you think and rock at the same time. Colin's voice is like a cross between Howard Devoto ( Magazine ) and Johnny Rotten but more melodic not quite as fierce. Warning: This will affect your moods especially when the moon is full. The debut single " Simple Town" is featured on this powerful album and will be available for download from the 5 Nov 2007. We spoke to them over a medicinal drink. see below.

The band were recently reviewed in their local newspaper by Barrie Hudson who said" Moon Medicine inject a breath of fresh air into hard edged rock. The best album in years to come out of swindon. "Simple Town " is a stand out track and a dark ocean liner of a song. Like Robert Forster of the Go Betweens Colin Radbourne is a man composed of straight edges and angles which all fall into beautiful order when there is a guitar in his hand".
